I joined modo in September 2016, my first class was 6am Power Flow with Roz! My travels lead me to landing in Kelowna for a change of pace and Modo became part of my new home. While travelling over Asia, I had my first experience of yoga philosophy and asana (poses) and the subject had intrigued me every since. After finding myself in the Himalayas, moving and breathing before one of my treks – I knew this was something worth investing my time and energy into. Fast forward nine years, and I’m here today, teaching for you. The aches and pains of life have slowly disappeared over time and this beautiful practice of yoga has taken most of the credit. I am truly grateful and honoured to be a part of such a beautiful community and am excited to guide you through a journey on the mat – inspiring you to take that into your life, and expand out to this universe.
