Slow Flow is a mindful flow class that focuses on steady breathing, holding postures, transitioning smoothly, and opening gently.
The challenge in this practice comes in slowing down and moving into poses with containment.
Students are encouraged to feel comfortable with Modo Flow before taking the Slow Flow.
*Please note as of October 5th, 2020 classes at the Rutherford studio are Reduced Heat (25-32C) and classes at the Dufferin studio are Hot (35-38C).*
