Prenatal yoga is a form of yoga focused on the needs of pregnant women. Practices usually consist of a series of stretches and postures as well as breathing and relaxation techniques. The goal is to relieve pregnancy-related ailments and also facilitate childbirth by preparing both body and mind.

*New reservation process. The Prenatal classes are no longer series of classes with fixed packages with an end date. Once you buy a drop-in or class card, you can reserve any classes, and there is no expiration date to use the pass. If you do not use the entire package during pregnancy, you can use the pass after pregnancy for mom & baby yoga or for any regular classes on schedule. Make sure you cancel at least 3 hours before class if you can’t show up, otherwise you will loose your credit. More details on purchase.
