SUMMER SOLSTICE AT THE VINEYARD
In collaboration with
What an amazing way to celebrate summer on this solstice day!
The summer solstice, also called the estival solstice or midsumer, occurs when one of Earth’s poles has its maximum tilt toward the Sun. It’s the day with the longer period of daylight and shortest night of the year. Join us on June 21st for a special practice at Le Bourg Des Cèdres Vineyard. Surrounded by the vines and nature and accompanied with a live handpan music by Pierre-Olivier Bolduc we will accomplish 108 sun salutations together, to acknowledge our appreciation and gratitude for the heat, the light and the energy that the warm season brings us.
A glass of wine will be served after class, courtesy of the Vineyard.
What a great combo: yoga, sun, live music and our Modo community! Maybe we could be 108 yogis, too!

*Bring your yoga mat and a bottle of water. Don’t forget your sunscreen and bug spray. You might appreciate a little vest in case it’s fresh during final savasana.
**If bad temperature, practice will be reported to June 28. See your emails and our social media accounts the day before or the day of the event if the temperature is uncertain.
