Modo Karma is a standard Modo class, accompanied by music, that is offered by donation, $10.00 CASH ONLY, or passes are accepted.

Proceeds are donated to various charities throughout the year.

About this class: This is our foundational practice which consists of 40 postures, and is an accessible, cardiovascular sequence where postures are held for 30-45 seconds per side to build muscular strength, endurance and flexibility.
