Jen Atoapoma


Jennifer started off her fitness journey as a personal trainer and then decided she could make more of an impact if she started teaching classes so she decided to get a ballet fitness certification. Then in 2018 she decided she would enjoy teaching yoga and then started her journey in yoga. With her knowledge in fitness she combined that with her yoga training and started teaching Yoga Sculpt. In 2019 she decided to take a barre training to upgrade her skills.
