One word summarizes Julie’s personality and character; “service!”
She thrives on getting to know people and helping them in any way she is able. A former personal fitness trainer and a marathon runner, Julie began her yoga journey in 2006 with Modo Level 1 training. Since then, she has trained in Modo Yoga Level 2, Modo Flow, Modo Yoga Prenatal, Yin Yoga and Ana Forrest-Inspired yoga.
Julie has a great fear of flying which she conquers in the air with her yoga breathing exercises. When not at the studio, you can find Julie with her young son, Neo (aka Angel).
