Lucy Stevens (she/her)

Lucy is passionate about the mind-body connection and the direct influence they have on one another. Her background for over a decade is in holistic therapy and she is qualified in several healing modalities and nutrition.

Having practiced yoga for many years for the physical and emotional benefits Lucy took her first of several teacher trainings in 2017. She has completed over 500 hours of YTT including advanced work in trauma informed yoga. And many more hours in the practice of kirtan and mantra meditation, stemming from the bhakti yoga tradition.

Lucy leads a heart-centered and energetic practice integrating mind, body and spirit, inspired by the ancient teachings of yoga and pranic physiology.

Drawn to the healing power of yoga, both on and off the mat, Lucy believes that yoga is not just a physical practice but a tremendous tool of transformation for everyone, helping us to shift our perspective, develop integration of the inner being and become more consciously aware.
