A longtime yoga student and workaholic, Jacquelyn started her yoga teaching journey after falling asleep with her computer one too many times. Looking for a change of pace, in 2014, she completed Modo Yoga Teacher Training in British Columbia. After falling in love with the West Coast vibe of mountains, plaid shirts and great coffee, she settled in Seattle post-training where she worked as both an Energy Exchanger and Teacher at Modo Yoga Seattle (now Pranify Yoga). Since then, Jacquelyn has completed additional trainings in Modo Flow, Modo Calm and Mindful Strength with Kathryn Bruni Young.
Jaquelyn believes practicing yoga creates space for self-reflection and connection in a very busy overscheduled world. In her classes, she likes to focus on building strength, creating space in both your mind and body and connecting with how you feel.
