Modo Flow (Music)

This class is accompanied by a little background music and is always moving. It’s set at a slightly quicker pace than a Modo class. The poses are linked together with vinyasa flows and the emphasis is on the synergy between the breath and movement to help you deepen your practice. It’s a great class for upper body strengthening and improving cardiovascular health. All levels are welcome though beginners are encouraged to feel comfortable with the standard Modo series first.
