If you’re craving movement, this class is for you! This class moves a bit faster than our Modo practice and is accessible for all levels as modifications are instructed.
This is a challenging, movement-based hot yoga sequence of poses that builds on the Modo foundation as postures are linked with breath creating a fluid practice rooted in vinyasa yoga (flow yoga). The emphasis is on the synergy between the breath and movement which helps to deepen your experience. This is a great class for upper body strengthening, improving cardiovascular health, improving balance and overall flexibility. Expect to start slow, build internal heat and finish with a deep sense of feeling grounded and replenished.
