Stretch and Unwind classes are designed to relieve tension accumulated in the body and mind. Each pose is held for approximately 60 seconds targeting the muscles and deeper connective tissues of the body. These classes combine gentle stretches for more flexibility and slow controlled movement for more mobility. The guided breathing promotes more awareness, patience and can even initiate deep healing. Your body remembers longer holds and deep breathing therefore, after class, you will feel an over all sense of wellbeing for days to come and might even sleep better.
