Private classes are a great way of addressing specific questions that you have about your personal yoga practice. The teacher helps you understand the mechanics of the poses and can help you with modifications using blocks or straps or even propose alternative yoga poses so that you feel more comfortable during your practice. Essentially, your private class can be tailored to meet your body’s needs so that you can gain tools and confidence to start your yoga practice or to deepen your practice.
Group classes are a great way of building connections amongst friends, co-workers, classmates or improving the skill level of your group. We teach various groups such as corporate, sports teams, bridal showers, kids or teen yoga and will work with you directly to develop a yoga practice that is specific to your needs in a heated, reduced heat or a non heated environment.
