Modo Calm was designed to relax the body and quiet the mind. Each class offers a unique and peaceful experience by combining elements of Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Breathwork and Meditation. You may be introduced to new postures and techniques, but this class remains accessible to all.

Modo Calm serves as a perfect compliment to our more rigorous classes: Modo, Modo Flow, Power Flow, Core Flow and TRX.
